I guess, vendors locally are getting intense with the growth of e-entrepreneur.

Which is good for us the B2B.

Doorgifts can be order online i.e cupcakes, muffins, pre-packed items such as towels and tissue box.

Wedding invitations, too! You just have to inbox or email the person. Choose your design. Give them details. Get the drafts. Make payment. And the next thing you know, it is deliver to your door step!

Photographers too. Asked for pricing. Decide, yes or no?! Are they still available?

Everything is on the finger tips. You don't have to be physically there to book or look at their products.

If they have the reputation, you trust them. Done!

Easy peasy~ The role of globalisation, where the world is now 'borderless'.

It helps me. In a way, I still can ask for prices and analyse the growth of our entrepreneur.

I can see, they are now more 'open' and willing to try and make changes.

Be different.

So b2b, Do Not Follow Trend But Set The Trend!

It is very important to know that, pillars pelamin is no longer the HuuuHaaa thing. (Outdated!)

M'sian B2B and vendors nowadays, cuma pakai tirai je! Yes, tabir putih! Plus, white carpet. Lawa!

I do, liat ada few vendors sudah buat this. So, congrats!!

I like vendors yang berfikiran terbuka. Berani mencuba.

Every wedding has to be unique. It has to be different.

(Oh my, I just hope my wedding will be the simplest wedding ever.)

I was WA with her yesterday. And she actually design your pelamin. Which mean your pelamin is customised to your preferences.

Takdelah, my pelamin akan sama with your pelamin. Dan yang membezakan hanyalah warna bunga! No! No!

Dia akan design ikut tema.

And one more thing, can the Bruneian B2B be more creative. Instead of just colour theme i.e I want a blue wedding or purple wedding.

I bet, macam lagi siuk if we go for Garden Wedding, 80s Wedding, Songket Wedding.

Be creative, challenge the local vendor. Baru dorang iski kan membuat pembaharuan. No?

It will be fun for them too.

Example: A moroccan wedding. Great! You have the pelamin. Tapi?!!

Can the Bride and Groom ikut tema jua? Or the family members. Dress up! Baru fun!

Okay, it's easy for me to say. Tapinya, my wedding nanti mampu kah inda?

Mesti ada yg terfikir ni. Hehehehe. InshaAllah. It will be just a simple one. Penyatuan dua keluarga.

What I mention above is for, yang mau kan ada theme. Then, do it 100%.

Ask the vendor. Or you, google it!

I still remember, mcm jadi sakit hati! Two years ago, people criticize me on my engagement day.

"Apakan tu bulat" ah?". Excuse me, that is lantern.

Now, after two beautiful years. You realise lantern atu lawa utk deco! Terlambat. Bangas sudah.

And now, I freely pinjamkan siapa" my lantern.

Susah, bila creative ada suara sumbang.

Kongsi Cerita!

Assalammualaikum;

Kongsi sikit tentang pengambilan supplement.

Takdelah berpengalaman sangat. Baru berjinak" tika bulan Januari lalu.


1. Vitamin C

Kalau kita google, banyak sangat kebaikkan Vitamin C.

Kebaikkan utama kalau kita google adalah untuk kecantikkan kulit, mencerahkan kulit dan anti-penuaan.

Tapi, hajat ambil Vitamin C ni bukan kecantikkan menjadi keutamaan.

Tapi kesihatan.

Bayangkan, semenjak belajar di Malaysia. Senang sangat sakit.

Tak tau lah kenapa. Udara ke? Atau makanan tak berkhasiat?

Maklum, selalu sangat order fastfood.

Takpun, mungkin debu. Atau cuaca yang tak tentu.

Alhamdulillah, sejak amalkan Vitamin C dah tak sakit" dah.

Bayangkan, semester lalu. 3 bulan batuk teruk. Kesian classmate, duk dengar kita batuk tak henti".

Tapi, kita cuma amalkan kadar maksima. Iaitu 1000mg sehari. Tak lebih ye.

Kenapa? sebabnya, hairan dengan pelbagai produk Vitamin C yang di jual merata" sekarang lebih dari kadar sepatutnya.

Tak pe? Takkan nak putih punya pasal, organ dalaman jadi korban?

Tak tau lah, apa kesan pengambilan Vitamin C terlalu banyak dalam jangka masa panjang.


2. Evening Primrose Oil

Dulu, adalah amalkan waktu umur 18 tahun. Tak lama. Sebulan kot?

Hahaha!

Sekarang dah amal balik.

Bulan Januari lalu.

Kebaikkannya ada juga kaitan dengan kecantikkan.

Tapi paling penting adalah mengurangkan kesakitan ketika datang bulan!

Alhamdulillah. Kalau dulu, siap bergolek seharian.

2-3 hari sebelum, harus pakai stokin setiap malam. Sebab bahagian kaki akan jadi sejuk!

Ketika datang bulan, lagi lah wajib berstokin! Macam orang dalam pantang!

Sekarang, dah tak de dah.

Adalah sakit sikit. Tapi boleh tahan lagi.

Kalau dulu, telan pil pink tu. 2 biji bila dah dtg dan akan makan lagi setiap 4 jam.

Tu pun sakit tak lega!

Ingat lagi, Doktor Homeopathy dulu pernah tanya.

"Hajah, setiap kali dtg bulan...sakit teruk ni!". Terkejut tau, dia boleh tau!

Terus kita tanyalah Dr. "Kenapa?".

"Tak lah, kesakitan yang Hajah lalui setiap bulan tu. Tahap serius lah. Hajah tahan macam mana?"

Kita jawab, makan panadol!

"Ish, tak boleh. Hajah bayangkan, badan Hajah sekarang dah immune sangat dengan pain killer. Nanti nak deliver baby, bagilah pain killer banyak manapun. Hajah tetap rasa juga!".

Hah!! Terus melanga kita!

Doktor tu ada cakap, tahap kesakitan kita di tahap contraction ibu" dah nak sangat" melahirkan.

Tak tau lah. Wallahualam.

Tak pe, fikir cara positif. Allah bagi kita practice.


3. Lecithin

Baru makan 2 botol. Tapi sekarang dah was".

Sebab capsule dia dari Bovine.

Jadi dah stop makan.

Benda ni baik sebenarnya.

Untuk memecah lemak. Sesetengah orang untuk kurus. Tapi kita tak.

Jujur, kita ada tekanan darah tinggi seawal umur 18 tahun.

Bayangkan, stressnya A'level buat tekanan darah meloncat naik!

Tapi, mungkin sebab kita pemarah kut? Hahahaha~

Atau, alasan keturunan?

So, matlamat kita waktu makan ni. Ada kaitan dengan hal b/p tinggi.

Orang b/p tinggi, akan maklum yang jantung akan bekerja lebih keras.

Kita tahu, permakanan kita tak sihat. Takut pula, jantung diselaputi lemak.

Jadi, kita makanlah Lecithin. Tapi sayang, sekarang dah tak makan lagi.

Ada sesiapa tau tak, Lecithin yang tak gunakan capsule dari sumber binatang?


4. Folic Acid

InshaAllah, akan memulakan pengambilan awal tahun depan.

Pelan" lah ye. Terlalu banyak nak di makan.

Takut pulak badan tak tertanggung.

Iyelah, kita kena minum banyak air.

Tapi Alhamdulillah. Sehari kita minum 2 litre minimum! Kadang cecah 4 litre!

Alhamdulillah.
