Shopping Supplement Shaklee

Lately, I've been shopping online a lot!

And this includes supplement shopping.

Usually in Brunei, I have a friend who is selling Shaklee supplement. So, it is easy peasy.

Here? For Vitamin C and Evening Primrose Oil. I usually opted for Watson or Guardian, whoever has promotion on these items.

I am on Kordel's Vitamin C and EPO.

While for dietary supplement, I am on Shaklee.

Lecithin, to help me burn my fat. As I am a high b/p. My hearts works twice than yours. I am in a way, helping my heart to ensure no fats blocking or etc etc. Nauzubillah.

And I read an article few days back from dailymail.co.uk saying that garlic supplement will helps you to reduce your blood pressure, which has allicin.

Kenapa B Complex? Sebab dia ada folic acid. Tak salah kan untuk persiapan masa depan.

Nak cuba GLA Complex, tapi EPO kita masih banyak stok. Sayang nanti. Habiskan lah dulu.
